Units 1-5 Mere Farm 
  

Units 1- 5 at Mere farm are each 1,000 ft2 self contained units over 2 floors, in a detached building near the entrance to the complex.

All units offer independent access through doors and shutters, as well as good levels of parking for visitors and staff. The front aspect overlooks a hectare of manicured lawns with a good sized pond, a picnic area and offers privacy from the public highway. The rear of the units overlook the recently planted woodland as well as local fields.

Units 6 & 7 Mere Farm                      
  

Units 6-7 at Mere farm cover 3,100 ft2 on 1 floor, offering plenty of office space and dedicated parking for up to 18 vehicles.

These units can offer independent access with central toilets and independent kitchen areas. The front aspect overlooks a well maintained hectare of manicured lawns with a good sized pond, a picnic area and offers privacy from the public highway. At the rear you have walks through a recently planted woodland and access to local villages by foot.

Units 8, 11 & 12 Mere Farm 
  

Unit 8 at 1,350 ft2 offers a self contained office and storage unit suitable for any small to medium sized  business with stock holding needs. Easy access from our delivery road means that all forms of delivery and collection vehicles can access the unit easily including articulated lorries.

Unit 11 is a warehousing unit, covering some 2,050 ft2 and is offered either adjoined or separate to the associated units 12 and 10. As a full warehousing unit it comes with the option of complete racking systems to ensure you make the most of the space open to you.

Unit 12 can be either an industrial storage unit, or can be used as an office/storage unit. At 1,350 ft2 the unit offers the flexibility to provide for many types of buinsess, and over looks the newly planted woodland on 2 sides.

Units 9, 10 & 13 Mere Farm   

Unit 9 is1,350 ft2, and offers self contained offices with access to adjoining units. The entrance is based from our main roadway in an attempt to keep private vehicles away from most deliveries. Access to the rear of the units ensures all forms of deliveries and collections are carried out with minimum disruption including articulated lorries.
